Designed for everyday cooking, the Kuhn Rikon Classic Induction non-stick casserole combines durable 18/10 stainless steel with a practical, easy-to-handle shape. It’s suited to a wide range of dishes, from soups and casseroles to curries, vegetables, rice and potatoes.

A fully encapsulated, impact bonded base supports efficient heat absorption and distribution, while the all-round rolled pouring lip helps with controlled serving. Bakelite handles offer a comfortable grip for lifting and carrying. A vented, ovenproof glass lid with a stainless steel rim and handle helps retain heat, flavours and aromas, with a clear view of the contents as they cook.

Use and care

• Remove packaging and labels before wetting, then wash with hot soapy water and a soft cloth to remove residue
• Hand wash and dry the pan and lid before first use
• For hand cleaning, use hot soapy water; soak first for stubborn burnt-on stains
• Clean with a nylon brush or scourer and avoid abrasive cleaning agents or metal scourers
• Avoid dragging across glass-topped hobs and match the pan diameter to the hob ring
• Heat the pan gradually rather than placing it straight onto high heat
• Use silicone, wooden or metal utensils; avoid sharp implements and electric blenders in the pan
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven and place on an oven shelf rather than the oven floor
• Remove limescale marks with a little lemon juice or vinegar
