Each knife features an ultra-sharp, hand-sharpened, double-bevelled blade with a silicone non-stick coating to help food release more easily as you cut. Secure-grip handles with finger guards offer added confidence during use. The clear knife block includes a flexible insert that keeps blades apart and accommodates different sized knives, scissors and shears with blades up to 20cm.
