An ultra-sharp, hand-sharpened, double-bevelled Japanese stainless steel blade is finished with a silicone non-stick coating to help it cut cleanly and precisely, reducing food sticking to the blade. For storage at home and safer transport, the matching sheath is ideal for keeping the knife protected in a drawer and makes it easier to take along for camping, picnics and travel.
