Each piece is made with 5-ply multi-layer material and a 3.2 mm material thickness, combining stainless steel with aluminium layers to spread heat evenly across the base and up to the rim.

Practical details are built in throughout, including an inner litre/quart scale for measuring liquids directly in the pan. Ergonomic stainless steel side handles are designed to stay cool for comfortable handling, while the closed rim without sharp edges supports neater pouring. The frying pan is finished with a high-quality 3-layer PTFE coating to help reduce sticking and allow frying with a little fat.

Use and care

• Allow cookware to cool for a few minutes before cleaning
• Wash with washing-up liquid and dry carefully, or clean in the dishwasher
• If very dirty, soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes before cleaning
• Never fill hot products with cold water or immerse them in cold water
• Limescale deposits and stains can be cleaned with SWISS CLEANER cleaning paste
