The non-stick coating removes the need for greasing or soaking, keeping preparation and clean-up straightforward for a wide range of bakes.

The lid is suitable for use in the fridge and freezer, with a valve that lets residual heat escape. Pressing down on the lid creates a slight vacuum and an airtight seal. As the lid has no side flaps, the dish should be stored or transported horizontally.
