Both pans are suitable for all types of hob, including induction, and can also be used in the oven up to 220°C. A 5mm thick, warp resistant base supports confident handling, while stay cool handles are shaped for a comfortable grip and include a hanging loop for storage. Finished with a dark grey outer coating, the set sits neatly within the wider Easy Induction cookware range.

Use and care

• Before first use, remove sticky labels and residue with a soapy cloth or sponge, then handwash and dry
• For handwashing, use hot soapy water; soak first for stubborn burnt-on stains
• Clean with a nylon brush or scourer; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scourers
• Use silicone or wooden utensils; avoid sharp implements and electric blenders in the pan
• Match the pan diameter to the hob ring where possible
• Do not heat an empty pan; warm gradually and avoid high heat
• Avoid dragging across glass-topped hobs
• Keep gas flames from licking up the sides of the pan
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven
• Do not place pans on the oven floor; use an oven shelf
