Use and care

• Before first use remove sticky labels and any residue with a soapy cloth or sponge, then handwash and dry
• If cleaning by hand use hot, soapy water; stubborn burnt-on stains might need soaking first
• Use a nylon brush or scourer and avoid abrasive cleaning agents or metal scourers
• Use silicone or wooden utensils
• Match the diameter of the pan to the ring on the hob
• Heat the pan gradually and avoid placing it on a high heat
• Avoid dragging across a glass-topped hob
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven
• Do not place on the oven floor; use an oven shelf
