Use and care

• Hand wash and dry before first use
• Clean with hot, soapy water and a soft cloth
• For gentle cleaning, use hot soapy water with a nylon brush or scourer
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal scourers
• Remove limescale marks with a little lemon juice or vinegar
• For stubborn soiling, limescale and or discolouration on stainless steel, use Swiss Cleaning Paste or Swiss Cleaner Liquid
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven
