KuKoo 5 Pan Wet Well Bain Marie

Designed for busy catering counters, the KuKoo 5 Pan Wet Well Bain Marie keeps pre-cooked dishes at a controlled serving temperature while helping to prevent food from drying out. A water well creates steam to maintain moisture throughout service, making it well suited to items such as soup, chilli and gravy.

Five GN 1/2 pans with lids sit beneath a glass sneeze guard, allowing customers to view the selection while helping to reduce the risk of cross contamination when serving. Temperature is adjusted via the thermostat, with a range of 30–85°C, and a left-hand drainage valve makes it easier to empty the water well at the end of the day. Made from stainless steel, it’s also straightforward to clean between services.
