The water well creates steam to reduce drying out, making it a practical choice for busy commercial kitchens, carveries and catered events where hot holding and presentation matter.

Five GN 1/2 pans with lids provide space for a range of menu staples such as soup, chilli and gravy, while the glass sneeze guard helps create a clear display and supports more hygienic self-service by reducing cross contamination. At the end of service, a left-hand drainage valve makes it easier to empty the water well, and the stainless steel construction is designed to be easy to clean.
