Kukoo Commercial Planetary Food Mixer / Spiral Mixer - 15L

Built for busy kitchens, the KuKoo Commercial Planetary Food Mixer / Spiral Mixer combines a 15 litre bowl with a gear-driven drive system for consistent mixing across a range of recipes. The removable stainless steel mixing bowl lifts out for straightforward cleaning, while the safety bowl guard protects the agitator during use and lifts up to give full access to the bowl.

Supplied with three attachments, it supports different mixing styles for commercial food preparation. Use the spiral dough hook to combine ingredients and knead dough, the beater (paddle) for cakes, batters and icing, and the wire whisk to incorporate air into liquids for meringues, whipped cream or frosting. Three mixing speeds help you match the action to the mixture, and an emergency safety stop button provides an immediate shut-off when required. A stainless steel dough scraper is included for cleaning the bowl after use or portioning dough.
