The bar station is designed for efficient service, featuring a built-in sink with a 360-degree swivel mixer tap, plus a glass refresher with drip tray for quickly rinsing and cooling glasses. Three-tier shelving provides structured storage, with each shelf rated to hold up to 200kg. For prep, four Gastro pots help keep garnishes and ingredients close to hand, while removable ice well dividers let you tailor the layout. The separate ice well unit adds three insulated ice wells, including one with a drainer that doubles as a sink, alongside a front speed rail and a lower shelf with a non-slip mat.
