Balanced omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids are combined in Lamberts Omega 3,6,9 1200mg, with each capsule also providing 5ug of vitamin D. This 120 capsule supplement includes omega 3s from concentrated, sustainably-sourced fish oil, omega 6 from pure grade starflower (borage) oil, and omega 9 from natural olive oil.

Each capsule delivers 379mg of omega 3s, including DHA and EPA, alongside 66mg of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), 125mg of linoleic acid (LA), and 200mg of oleic acid. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and brain function. Both DHA and EPA contribute to the normal function of the heart and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Vitamin D supports the normal function of the immune system.
