An alloy spring core delivers stepless resistance adjustment from 0-600N, controlled by a simple twist knob that turns left or right to increase or decrease intensity during use. For monitoring sessions, the smart triple-mode count display records training data in real time, with selectable modes for reps, calories, and time to help track progress clearly. Comfort and stability are supported by an ergonomic stability design with a golden triangle mechanical structure shaped to follow the natural contours of the legs. Adjustable Velcro straps and 360° rotating guards help maintain secure leg positioning, reducing slippage and shifting while training.
