From Leatt, the 3.5 Neck Brace (2025) is a lightweight neck brace designed to help reduce and transfer forces during an accident away from the fragile bones in the neck and into the stronger muscles of the body. Created for riders who want considered protection without unnecessary bulk, it pairs an adjustable rear thoracic section with a sculptured, split-front design intended to improve comfort and fit. Air flow ribbed body padding supports ventilation, while the engineered collarbone cut-out is shaped to help keep the helmet rim away from more fragile bones.

Independently lab and rider tested, the brace is CE tested and certified as Personal Protective Equipment 89/686/EEC. It is also supplied in plastic-free recyclable packaging.
