For brake system assembly and maintenance, LIQUI MOLY Brake Pin Grease provides a synthetic lubricant formulated for brake pins in floating caliper systems. It supports the free movement of brake pins, helps maintain even wear of brake linings, and dampens vibrations that can contribute to brake noise.

The formulation is compatible with rubber components, helping preserve rubber sleeves, while also protecting against water ingress, corrosion and aggressive environmental influences. It remains effective under high-temperature conditions up to 250C and meets the requirements of various OEMs for greases used on supported guides. In the event of minor contact with brake fluids including DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 4 LV/SL6 and DOT 5.1, no adverse effects are expected.

How to use

• Thoroughly clean brake pins and surrounding areas using LIQUI MOLY Rapid Cleaner
• Allow all cleaned parts to dry completely before application
• Using a brush, clean cloth, or sponge, apply a thin, even layer to the brake pins and sliding surfaces
• Do not over-apply
• Remove excess grease to prevent accumulation of debris
