Liqui Moly Leak Finder Spray Leak Detection Leak Test Fluid Leak Finder 400ml

Liqui Moly Leak Finder Spray is a 400ml leak test fluid for detecting points where gas and compressed air may escape. The PFAS-free, water-soluble formula is biodegradable and filled with an environmentally friendly propellant. It is suitable for checking tanks, pipes, hoses, screw joints, welding seams, flange connections and fittings.

High bubble formation supports clear leak detection during inspection. The spray is intended for detecting leakage of flammable gases from family 1 (town gas), family 2 (natural gas) and family 3 (liquefied petroleum gas), as explained in EN 437, within a temperature range of 0 C to 50 C. It can also be used for other gases, with preliminary tests carried out in case of doubt.

How to use

• Put depressurised systems under pressure with a gas in advance
• Shake can well
• Apply to the location to be checked from a distance of 30 to 50 cm
• Check all connection points, if possible
• Observe for some time
• If bubbles form, there is a leak
• The smaller the bubbles, the smaller the leak
