Its surface texture is created to deliver superior grip on both carpet and hard floors, including when you’re working with light perspiration, making it a practical choice for taking your practice on the road.

Made from natural, biodegradable tree rubber that is non-Amazon harvested, this mat is formulated to resist flaking and fading. A tightly woven scrim helps it resist tearing or stretching, while the closed-cell design is stated to not absorb bacteria. Manduka’s Dual Layer Technology is used to balance grip, durability and slip-resistance, and the mat is made without PVC, toxic plasticisers or harmful dyes. It is also described as 99% latex free and suitable for most people with latex sensitivities.

Care

Clean using Manduka Mat Restore or a diluted organic cider vinegar wash (50/50) with a damp cloth or sponge. Do not machine wash; avoid excessive sunlight, and allow to dry before rolling if wet.
