A lightweight and supportive alternative to other meditation cushions.  The Manduka Meditation Cushion offers dual-sided support, with one side filled with recycled cotton & polyester, and the other side filled with organic buckwheat. Inner Pillow crafted in Poland, eQua cover crafted in China, Assembled in Belgium.

Info & Care -To Wash: Remove outer microfiber cover from inner pillow. Machine wash on cold with like colours. Hang or tumble dry on low. Tumble dry on low recommended. Do not use dryer sheets or scented detergents.
