Manna Health Mix is a cooked cereal and nut drink mix made with millets, cereals, red rice, almonds and cashews. The blend combines 14 natural cereals, grains, pulses and nuts, and can be prepared with water or milk in around 3 minutes.

Its versatile format suits a warm breakfast, a lighter evening meal, or a simple option served at room temperature. Once cooked, it can be finished with jaggery or honey to taste, or prepared with water and served with thick buttermilk and a pinch of salt.

Serving suggestion

Mix 2 tablespoons or 30g with 300ml of water or milk, stirring well to avoid lumps. Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Add jaggery or honey to taste, then serve warm or at room temperature. It can also be cooked with water and served with thick buttermilk and a pinch of salt.
