Designed as a complete starter set, the Manuscript Class Lettering Set is a hand lettering kit created to help beginners build skills step by step at home, in a studio space or as part of a creative workspace. Developed within the Manuscript Class range, it combines guided tuition with a practical selection of tools for learning and practising different lettering styles.

At the centre of the set is a 40 page handbook developed in conjunction with calligrapher Nico Ng. It takes you through the essentials, from the tools needed and getting-started guidance to key drills for developing technique. Teaching sections cover Serif and Sans Serif lettering, then progress into Vintage, Bubble and 3D lettering, with a task at the end of each section to put new skills into practice. Manuscript also includes a curated mix of pens and accessories selected to support the exercises in the handbook.
