Maraba Coffee Liqueur

Created through a collaboration between Gorilla Spirits Co., Moon Roast Coffee and coffee producers in Rwanda, Maraba Coffee Liqueur brings together speciality coffee and spirit production in a focused, characterful style. It is made with speciality grade red bourbon arabica coffee beans sourced from individual small growers in Rwanda and roasted by Moon Roast Coffee.

The coffee is cold brewed with alcohol for 72 hours to draw out its flavour before being made into the finished liqueur. The result is a rich coffee-led profile that suits after-dinner serving or cocktails where a more defined espresso character is wanted.
