Made from commercial-grade 1mm-thick carbon steel, it’s built for robust, regular use. The tin is electroplated to help reduce corrosion and sandblasted to support long-lasting performance, while the double-layer Quantum II non-stick coating is reinforced with ceramic materials and designed to outlast conventional non-stick coatings.
