From MasterClass, this 15cm Springform Cake Tin is designed for neatly formed small bakes, with a quick-release clasp and loose base to make turning out simple. Ideal for little sponge and fruit cakes, it’s also a practical choice for cheesecakes or creating a top tier for wedding cakes, thanks to its 7cm depth.

Made from commercial-grade 1mm-thick carbon steel, the tin is built for regular use and has been electroplated to help reduce corrosion. A reinforced Quantum II non-stick coating supports clean release and helps minimise baked-on residue, with two layers applied and ceramic reinforcement for added durability. It’s fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe, and heat safe up to 220 degrees Celsius.
