Each mould features a loose base, helping you lift out individual portions cleanly for a more polished finish when serving.

Made from heavy duty carbon steel and finished with a double non-stick coating, the tin is built for regular use. It is electroplated and sandblasted, with a 1 millimetre-thick construction designed not to warp, corrode, or flake. The Quantum II double non-stick coating is BPA and PTFE-free, supporting easy release and simpler handling when turning out your mini loaves.
