Here’s a smart alternative to traditional metal muffin tins. The MasterClass Smart Silicone 12-Hole Mini Muffin Tin / Cupcake Tray is a durable baking solution with natural quick-release properties. All you have to do is bend the corners of the pan when your cakes have cooled, and they pop right off the tray’s non-porous surface.

The cupcake tray is made of LFGB-approved, food-safe silicone, and measures 29 x 20 cm (11½” x 8”). Each hole measures 4. 5 cm (1¾”) across and 2 cm (¾”) deep. It’s a really versatile pan – you can bake little cupcakes, mini muffins, small Yorkshire puddings, and much more.
