From McGuigan, the Black Label Sauvignon Blanc 2020 is a full-flavoured white wine defined by its clean, crisp feel and zesty lime finish. Ripe tropical notes of melon and mango lead the palate, while herbaceous aromas of grass, capsicum and asparagus add lift and freshness. Classic Sauvignon Blanc characters of passionfruit and cut grass are complemented by hints of peach, creating a balanced style that stays fresh.

Rooted in the Hunter Valley since the 1860s, the McGuigan family has spent three generations shaping modern Australian winemaking. For this release, premium parcels of fruit from famous regions across Southern Australia were blended to achieve a harmonious flavour profile. Selected parcels were fermented on French and American oak prior to blending, with further Heinrich American oak used to balance the fruit-oak profile.

Its crisp character makes it a natural partner for lighter dishes, particularly seafood and fresh pasta.
