Designed for training where reliable hand contact matters, Mega Grip Mega-Grip Liquid Chalk supports grip across a wide mix of disciplines. This 250ml twin pack is alcohol based and intended to improve friction while helping to reduce hand sweating during use.

Suitable for everything from yoga and Pilates practice to pole dancing, weight lifting, bouldering and rock climbing, it can be used on its own. It dries to leave a thin white coating on the fingers and is quick to re-apply when needed.

Care and maintenance

• Shake the bottle before use and close after use to help prevent drying out
• Apply a thin layer and spread over the hands without over-rubbing
• Allow to dry before activity
