For road riding and commuting, the MET Miles bike helmet combines a classic profile with practical comfort features and certified protection. Its in-mould polycarbonate shell with EPS liner is paired with MIPS and internal air channelling, helping to deliver a secure, well-ventilated fit for regular rides through the week and longer outings at the weekend.

The fit is adjusted through the Safe-T Twist 2 Fit System, supported by a 360 head belt to reduce pressure points around the skull. Hand-washable comfort pads, an adjustable cam divider and ponytail compatibility add everyday usability, while the reflective rear decal improves visibility in lower-light conditions.
