Mini Pan 16 cm Berlinger Haus BH-6134 Black Rose Collection

Designed for smaller tasks at the hob, the Berlinger Haus BH-6134 mini pan from the Black Rose Pro collection brings a compact 16 cm format to everyday cooking. The forged aluminium, thick-wall body is finished with a non-stick marble coating, with a black and rose gold colourway that ties in with the rest of the range.

Well suited to small portions, it works neatly for quick items such as a single fried egg, a small omelette, toasting pine nuts, or preparing a small side dish. Suitable for all hob types including induction, it features a turbo induction bottom. The handle is not heat resistant, so it is not suitable for oven use.

Use and care

• Before first use, remove all labels, then wash and rinse with mild detergent and water and dry with a soft towel
• Allow to cool to room temperature after cooking; do not cool by pouring cold water into the pan
• Clean thoroughly after use to prevent stains becoming ground-in; soften stubborn marks with hot water before washing
• Use mild detergent and a soft scourer; avoid metal scourers, metal utensils and abrasive cleaning products
• Daily dishwasher cleaning should be avoided; use low-temperature programmes and non-corrosive cleaning agents
• On gas hobs, adjust the burner so flames only reach the bottom of the pan and not the edge
