With no visible glow, it offers discreet infrared heating without the bright light associated with some infrared heaters. The heater can be installed on a wall or ceiling, and comes supplied with installation brackets and accessories in the box. For installation, the 2.4kW Ionis is designed to be hardwired to the mains electrical supply; it is not intended for standard Plug & Play operation. It can be used with a 2P+E plug and socket with a minimum 20A fuse, although hardwiring is strongly recommended.
