Morris Astra 68 Slideway Oil is a 25L machine lubricant formulated for the precise lubrication of machine tool slideways and tables. Made from high-quality mineral oils and performance additives, it contains a tackifier to help the lubricant adhere consistently to moving parts.

This slideway lubricant is recommended for slideways, tables, carriages, guides and machining centre applications requiring a tacky, extreme-pressure lubricant. It is also suitable for headstocks, cross feeds, saddles and gearboxes. The formulation provides oxidation and corrosion protection, eliminates stick-slip and judder, and maintains film strength under severe conditions or intermittent use. It also offers compatibility with cutting fluids and continual washing action from water-based cutting fluids.
