It has a fully waterproof outer with taped seams to keep you dry and it has a mixture of down and synthetic insulation, with duck down/feathers on the body and synthetic padding in the sleeves to retain heat. It has a detachable faux fur trim, an adjustable hood and lots of pockets to carry the essentials.
