My Mat Cotton Indoor Muted Green

Designed for everyday use, the My Mat Cotton Indoor Muted Green indoor mat combines practical floor protection with a softer, more considered look. This My Mat design features tones of light green and white that create a subtle fleck effect, making it well suited to kitchens, utility spaces, hallways and other busy indoor areas.

Tufted using up to 80% cotton and 20% microfibre, My Mat is made to trap dirt, dust and mud before it reaches your flooring. The cotton construction becomes more absorbent with washing, while the natural stain resistance helps the mat stay fresh through repeated use. A rubber backing containing recycled plastic helps keep the mat in place, and the washable finish makes ongoing care more straightforward for day-to-day living.

Care

• Wash only when necessary. Allow mud and dirt to dry first, then brush away where possible.
• Before washing, remove excess cotton, mud and debris by brushing or vacuuming.
• Machine wash at 30ºC on a quick cotton wash with a low spin speed. For a longer life, place the mat in a cotton pillow case.
• Do not use biological washing detergent or fabric conditioner.
• Dry flat, on an Aga rail, or line dry naturally. Tumble drying on a cool setting for 10 minutes is optional to plush the pile.
• Check the washing machine filter regularly, as excess cotton may collect there.
• Spot wash larger rugs that do not fit in the washing machine.

Please note

• New mats may shed excess cotton at first; this is normal and will stop after brushing or washing a few times
• Do not place on a damp floor
• Do not tumble dry on a high heat setting for a long period of time
• Direct sunlight may cause the colour to fade
• Leaving a steam cleaner on the mat for too long may cause the backing to crumple
• Cleaning products, sunlight and heat may affect certain types of flooring when covered, so it is advisable to lift the mat frequently to clean and air the floor underneath
• For specialist flooring, check with the flooring manufacturer before using any rubber backed mats
• The backing is a natural based product free from vinyl and PVC
