Flavour:

The aroma is typically strong and persistent, revealing notes of peach, pear and sometimes melon or renette apple.  Floral hints with touches of lemon and earthy undertones.  On the palate, it's known for being tasty, harmonious, and delicate, often described as enfolding and enduring. It has a good structure, excellent acidity, and a noticeable minerality leading to a lovely, long finish.
