Once an order is placed, it is scheduled with our delivery system. When the order is ready, the customer will receive a tracking link (also provided via SMS) where they can select or confirm a suitable delivery date and time slot. Delivery is arranged within a 2-hour window to allow for any unforeseen delays such as traffic.

After the time slot is confirmed, the order is loaded onto the courier vehicle. The customer will receive a call shortly before delivery, and the driver will also make contact upon arrival to ensure a smooth and successful delivery experience.
