The OMRON M3 Comfort AFib is designed for those looking for a reliable and easy-to-use upper arm blood pressure monitor, with clinically advanced Features: to support cardiovascular health.

It comes with an Intelli Wrap Cuff (22–42 cm), which ensures accurate readings in any position around the upper arm. This helps eliminate common cuff placement errors, making it especially suitable for first-time users.

Thanks to Intellisense™ technology, the cuff inflates to the ideal level automatically, avoiding unnecessary pressure and providing a more comfortable measurement experience.

A key benefit of the M3 Comfort AFib is its AFib detection function, which helps identify possible signs of atrial fibrillation during measurement — a valuable feature for users at risk of heart conditions.

The 3x Measurement function automatically takes three consecutive readings and calculates the average, resulting in a more accurate and representative reading. It also detects irregular heartbeats and body movement, helping reduce errors and improve monitoring quality. The device offers memory storage for two users (up to 60 readings each), along with a guest mode for occasional use. A storage case is included for convenience.
