For high-security bike protection, the Oxford Grinder S1 U-Lock combines a 14mm hardened steel shackle core with anti-angle grinder protection and a double-locking system. Certified Sold Secure Powered Cycle & Pedal Cycle Diamond, it is built to resist cutting attacks, with an anti-disc cutter coating designed to withstand an average of 10 angle-grinder discs before one side of the shackle can be cut through.

Everyday practicality is matched with protective detailing, including a silicone-coated shackle and body to help prevent bike damage, a self-sealing keyway cover to keep out water and debris, and a weatherproof key barrel shield. A pick- and drill-resistant disc detainer lock cylinder supports smooth operation, while the double-locking mechanism prevents shackle rotation, requiring both sides of the lock to be cut through.
