Permatex 5 Minute Plastic Weld Epoxy is a dual-syringe structural adhesive supplied as 2 x 25 ml. It is formulated for general-purpose bonding across a wide range of materials, including hard and soft plastics, composites, ceramics and wood in any combination, with a cream appearance and gap-filling capability up to 0.125 inch.

This fast-curing epoxy gels in 5-6 minutes and reaches fixturing strength in 9-10 minutes. It requires no primer, offers water resistance and good chemical resistance, and has a temperature range of -51C to 121C. It is suitable for rigid materials including ABS, acrylic, fibreglass, FRP, glass, PVC, SMC, steel, styrene, vinyl and wood.

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease and oil before application
• Roughen smooth surfaces using abrasives or sandpaper before use
• Will not bond most polyethylene or polypropylene plastics
• Cooler temperatures may require a longer set time
