How to personalise your order

• Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require.
• If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email.
• Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days.

Care

• Please note, exposure to boiling water may lead to distortion of the bottle.
• This item is not dishwasher safe and we recommend hand washing only.
• We would like suggest that the spout is empty prior to closing as excess water may leak if the bottle is not upright.
