Personalisation

• Front of card: 6 lines of personalisation
• Lines 1-3 have up to 12 characters available per line.
• Lines 4 - 6 have up to 25 characters available per line.
• Inside of card: up to 7 lines, 30 characters per line.
• The personalisation will appear in fixed uppercase on the front of the card apart from line 3 which will appear as entered. The inside of the card will appear in fixed upper case.
• Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this.

How to personalise your order

• Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll email you a link to personalise your item—don’t forget to check your junk folder just in case!
• Please send us your details within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.
• After you’ve submitted your personalisation, we’ll get started right away—so we won’t be able to make changes or cancel the order.
• Your item will be on its way within 3 working days!
