• If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email.
• Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days.

• For best care, wash at 30 degrees with similar colours, and avoid tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning.
