How to personalise your order

• Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require.
• If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email.
• Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days.

• Please ensure that the clear protective film has been removed from the acrylic prior to use.
• Please do not use a lightning USB cable as this may interfere with the functionality.
