How to personalise your order

• Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll email you a link to personalise your item—don’t forget to check your junk folder just in case.
• Please send us your details within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.
• After you’ve submitted your personalisation, we’ll get started right away—so we won’t be able to make changes or cancel the order.
• Your item will be on its way within 3 working days.
