• Day/Month - 5 characters (A full stop must be entered between the day and month otherwise the hearts will not print # example 03. 03)
• Year - 4 characters
• Line 1 - 12 characters
• Line 2 - 12 characters
• All personalisation will appear in fixed UPPERCASE.
• PLEASE NOTE- Each slate piece will be unique as the item is cut by hand. Due to the nature of slate there will be some differences in the stone (such as texture, cut and smoothness). This may result in natural faults in the surface and edges of the product including flaking and uneven corners.
• Each item contains speckles of fools gold which makes a stunning feature and adds to the rustic feel however it may be at times within the area of your personalisation.

How to personalise your order

• Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll email you a link to personalise your item—don’t forget to check your junk folder just in case!
• Please send us your details within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.
• Simply add in your email address to obtain a photo upload link.
• After you’ve submitted your personalisation, we’ll get started right away—so we won’t be able to make changes or cancel the order.
• Your item will be on its way within 3 working days!
