How to personalise the product

* Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require.

* If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email.

* Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days.
