From Domaine Petit Roubié, this 2025 Picpoul de Pinet is a white wine with a bright, pale golden colour and a distinctly fresh character. Its maritime setting comes through clearly, with sea-breeze notes alongside citrus, apple skin and herbs, while hints of peach and exotic fruit add further lift.

There is excellent length to the flavour, reflecting the Azan family's careful approach in the cellar. Authentic and poised, it is particularly well suited to seafood and shellfish, though it also drinks well on its own.
