Petromax 50L Cooler Box

From Petromax, the kx50 Cooler Box is designed for multi-day outdoor use when you need dependable, passive cooling without electricity. Using commercially available ice, cold packs or dry ice, its double-walled, void-insulated construction keeps contents cool for up to 12 days without a compressor or absorber.

Inside, the 50 L capacity is shaped to store and transport either 70 x 0.33 L cans or 20 x 1 L bottles upright, making it a practical choice for camping, fishing trips and time on the water. A robust PE body allows the box to be used as a raised seat or platform, while the edged design helps it stack neatly or stow in a boot or below deck. For easier maintenance, an integrated draining system lets you drain melt water at any time, including during use.

Care

Before use, cool down the Cooler Box in a cold room or with ice, and stock only with pre-cooled food or beverages. For best results, use larger blocks of ice, place ice or cold packs on top, open seldom, keep in a cool shady place out of direct sunlight, and store and transport upright.
