Each earbud sits on the outer ear, with a rubberised anchor that grips under the back of the ear for added stability.

With Bluetooth 5.4 and multipoint connectivity, it can connect to two devices at the same time for seamless switching between sources. On-ear touch controls handle playback, volume and calls, and settings can be customised in the Philips Headphones companion app. For calls, beamforming microphones work with an AI algorithm to reduce background noise. An IP55 rating adds dust and water resistance, while a running light supports visibility outdoors.
