Pink Floyd A Momentary Lapse of Reason (Remixed and Updated) is presented as a CD/DVD box set, remixed and updated from the original 1987 master tapes for The Later Years. The project was handled by Andy Jackson with David Gilmour, assisted by Damon Iddins, and revisits the album originally released in 1987.

The remix returns to some of Richard Wright’s original keyboard takes and includes newly recorded drum tracks with Nick Mason, with production credited to David Gilmour and Bob Ezrin. The set also includes new and updated artwork using a previously unused image from the original photo shoot featuring the beds on the beach, plus bonus material, 5.1 surround sound audio, a 40-page booklet and an envelope containing 6 exclusive stickers designed by Peter Curzon from StormStudios.
