Polygard Traffic Film Remover TFR Heavy Duty Concentrated Caustic TFR Detergent 5L

Polygard Traffic Film Remover Standard is supplied in a 5L concentrated formula for removing traffic film, oil, grease and general soiling from road vehicles. The detergent blend includes sequestrants and is suitable for use through pressure washers, spray arches and gantry washers.

It can also be diluted for direct application on difficult-to-clean areas and used with hot or cold water pressure wash equipment. The formula can be diluted with up to 100 parts water, with different ratios given for light soil, car valeting, heavy soiling and HGVs or plant machinery.

How to use

• For light soil and car valeting, dilute 1 part with up to 50 parts water
• For heavy soiling and HGVs or plant machinery, dilute 1 part with up to 20 parts water
• For most machines, pre-dilute the traffic film remover with an equal volume of water
• Dilute with up to 100 parts water for direct application on difficult-to-clean areas
• Adjust the detergent feed on the machine to be just sufficient to give the required cleaning action
