Portwest Expertbase Wheel Safety Helmet

Portwest Expertbase Wheel Safety Helmet is an unvented safety helmet with a wheel ratchet adjustment system and a size range of 55–62cm. A high-density polypropylene shell is paired with a 4-point textile suspension harness, with a soft foam sweatband included.

Suitable for electrical applications, it offers electrical insulation up to 1000Vac or 1500Vdc to EN 50365 and electrical properties to 440Vac. The helmet is CE certified to CE-CAT III, with lateral deformation performance stated, and a lifetime of up to 7 years from the manufacturing date when undamaged. Spare parts are available, and it is compatible with PW42 clip-on ear muffs.
